Yildiz Polyethylene started to operate in Ankara Ivedik Organized Industrial Zone by establishing a team of experts in the production of HDPE pipe fittings.
It has increased its production capacity by completing its modern facility spread over an area of 10,000 m² in Kırıkkale Organized Industrial Zone in a short period of 6 months. With its 2,500 m² production facility, 1,200 m² storage area and 800 m² administrative and social facility building, it has taken firm steps towards its growth targets.

By expanding its product range, it has added electrofusion sleeve manufacturing from 32 mm to 1,200 mm to its production capacity. With this step, electrofusion fittings production has also been realized and the company has risen to a position that offers a wider range of products in the sector.
Kırıkkale Organized Industrial Zone has increased its production capacity and product quality by commissioning its second factory with a closed area of 4,000 m², spread over an area of 10,000 m². In this new factory, an internationally accredited laboratory, 15 plastic injection molding, steel flange, galvanizing and plastic processing centers were established, and the company rose to a leading position in the sector.

As a result of its R&D efforts, EF has raised the quality of its product group to the highest level in the sector and optimized its production processes according to this new quality standard.
It has expanded its product range by starting to manufacture steel flanges specially designed according to customer needs.
35 new plastic injection molding machines with capacities ranging from 200 grams to 40 kilograms. This investment enabled the production of spigot inserts from 20 mm to 630 mm, electrofusion sleeves from 20 mm to 1600 mm, steel flanges up to 2,500 mm and garment inserts and special collectors up to 1600 mm. The company also started manufacturing electrofusion fittings in the same year.
2000 m² closed warehouse area has been put into operation. The new 2000 m² warehouse area was an important step forward in Yıldız Polietilen's logistics operations. This large warehouse space has enabled the company to store its products more efficiently and serve its customers faster.
As part of efforts to institutionalize the family and the family business, the Yıldız Family Constitution was completed. The company's managerial capacity was strengthened through the Ownership/Management (Leadership) Development Academies initiated for company owners (Board of Directors and Family Council). The company's growth potential was also enhanced through investments in factory and machinery park expansion.
Special Comprehensive Family and Company Modernization Studies based on the Family Constitution and Corporate Identity Constitution (Guide), Corporate Culture Practices, were completed. These efforts have been an important step in the company's journey towards institutionalization.
Quality Management System and Human Resources Management System preparations were initiated. In parallel with these efforts, a digital transformation journey was initiated with the preparation of Information Systems Management (ERP) investment. These investments are aimed to contribute to the sustainable growth of Yıldız Polietilen by increasing its competitive power.
The organizational development process was initiated with investments in the human resources system. These investments have created a strong foundation for the company's future by supporting its human infrastructure.
