Performance Management

We implement an effective performance management system to support the continuous development of our employees and achieve our company goals. Our performance management system aims to help our employees reach their career goals by identifying their areas of development while revealing their strengths.

Our Performance Management Process

Our performance management process includes the following steps:

  1. Goal Setting: At the beginning of the year, each employee sets individual performance goals in line with the goals of their department. These goals are set in accordance with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) principles.
  2. Regular Feedback: Throughout the year, employees meet regularly with their managers to give and receive feedback on their performance. This feedback includes both positive feedback and suggestions for areas of improvement.
  3. Mid-term evaluation: In the middle of the year, employees’ achievement of targets is evaluated and adjustments are made to targets where necessary.
  4. Annual Performance Evaluation: At the end of the year, the performance of employees throughout the year, their achievement of set targets and their general development are evaluated.
  5. Development Plan: Based on the results of performance evaluations, development plans are created with employees for the following year. These plans aim to further develop employees’ strengths and overcome their weaknesses.

Performance Evaluation Criteria

The following criteria are taken into consideration in performance evaluations:

  • Goal Attainment: The extent to which the employee achieves the set goals.
