Special Production Flange Adapter is a project-based connection element produced to provide a secure and leak-proof connection between HDPE (PE100) pipe systems and metal equipment or pipes of different diameters and standards. These adapters offer both high mechanical strength and pressure compatibility at flanged connection points. When connecting to HDPE pipe by electrofusion or butt welding method, the metal side is designed according to standard flange dimensions. Different flange standards (DIN, ANSI, JIS) and special sizes can be produced according to requirements.
