Notre syst\u00e8me de gestion des performances vise \u00e0 aider nos employ\u00e9s \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs de carri\u00e8re en identifiant leurs domaines de d\u00e9veloppement tout en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant leurs points forts.   <\/p><h3 class=\"\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:33\">Notre processus de gestion des performances<\/h3><p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:57\">Notre processus de gestion des performances comprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:36\"><li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:36\"><strong>Fixation des objectifs :<\/strong> Au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, chaque employ\u00e9 fixe des objectifs de performance individuels en accord avec les objectifs de son d\u00e9partement. Ces objectifs sont fix\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux principes SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).   <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:255\"><strong>Un retour d&#8217;information r\u00e9gulier :<\/strong> Tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, les employ\u00e9s rencontrent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs sup\u00e9rieurs pour leur donner et recevoir un retour d&#8217;information sur leurs performances. Ce retour d&#8217;information comprend \u00e0 la fois des commentaires positifs et des suggestions d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration.   <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:22\"><strong>\u00c9valuation \u00e0 mi-parcours :<\/strong> Au milieu de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs par les employ\u00e9s est \u00e9valu\u00e9e et des ajustements sont apport\u00e9s aux objectifs si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:186\"><strong>\u00c9valuation annuelle des performances :<\/strong> \u00c0 la fin de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, les performances des employ\u00e9s tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs fix\u00e9s et leur d\u00e9veloppement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-14:0\"><strong>Plan de d\u00e9veloppement :<\/strong> Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9valuations des performances, des plans de d\u00e9veloppement sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec les employ\u00e9s pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e suivante.
