These goals are set in accordance with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) principles. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:255\"><strong>Regular Feedback:<\/strong> Throughout the year, employees meet regularly with their managers to give and receive feedback on their performance.
